Professional Development for Therapists
At Calgary Reconnect Counselling Group, we believe that great care starts with supported therapists. Our mission is to grow a team where learning feels safe, supervision is relational (not intimidating), and everyone has space to bring their whole self to the work. We mentor with curiosity, laughter, and honesty because becoming the best therapist doesn’t come from perfection, it comes from connection.
